Hey Everyone :)
So from the title, you could probably guess that I have finally joined the gym! It took me long enough haha. I actually joined with my boyfriend which is pretty awesome :) He is my ultimate motivation. I know that I have talked about being healthy and loosing weight a couple of times on here already, and nothing seems to have worked. Now that I have a gym membership with the money being taken from my account weekly for 6 months, means I kind of have to go or I will be wasting my money, so it is really a blessing.
I have been using the ‘My Fitness Pal’ app to keep track of my kilo-joule intake and what exercise I get up too. I know that keeping track of my kilojoules is probably bad but i’m slowly in cooperating healthy things into my diet, I am not going cold turkey so hopefully it shouldn’t backfire. I mean, being fit and healthy is a lifestyle, it’s not a short term thing. I can’t just go too the gym for 6 months and then stop going when my membership runs out. I just need to carry the membership on and get my but into gear!
Tech is going good so far :) Not long too go now, about 7 weeks or so. I got my Anatomy and Physiology results back and got 77% Woo :D That is an A-, best grade to do with biology I have ever received in my life! Just gotta pass the next two, apparently these 2 are the hardest but I think if I put plenty of effort in I should be sweet. All in all, life is going pretty great at the moment :)
